At Hatch, we have taken the leap into a new way of working in 2019. Human resource experts and trend forecasters have been heralding the benefits of flexible work arrangements for many years and we have been debating to shift internally for more than 4 years. We have decided that 2019 is the year for truly embracing change. We believe it will enable us to serve clients better, connect with media more, and allow us to continue delivering our best work and ideas.
We made sure that our processes and systems are in place to navigate into remote working as seamless as possible.
Our office and boardroom is now at 141 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch, also home to the best coffee in Stellenbosch (BCCC), fast wifi, hot (even, standing) desks for the team and two creative meeting spaces for client meetings and team get-togethers. To help us continue to nurture internal team efficiency and deliver excellent results for our clients, we are working closely with long-standing client and Culture Architect, Adri Dornbrack and implementing the innovative Imenent online performance excellence management system.
