3. Realistic expectations: Sculpt a social media strategy to fit the brand, it’s capabilities and capacity. If you promise more than what the brand can deliver, your deliverables are unreachable. It needs to be directly connected to a measurable business objective.
4. The connection: Experience is everything. What do people experience about your brand, with your brand and when listening to your brand?
5. Feels like home: Messaging should be human centred. Your brand should feel like a natural fit to them. Make them feel at home.
